From I-84, take Hood River Exit 64
North across toll bridge.
Turn left on Hwy 14.
Go one mile to Alt. 141.
Turn right and continue on Hwy 141
thru Trout Lake to mile marker 25.
Follow signs one mile to Elk Meadows Park.
