From I-84, take Hood River Exit 64
North across toll bridge.
Turn left on Hwy 14.
Go 1 1/4 mile west to Alt. Hwy 141.
Turn right toward Mt Adams Recreation area
and continue on Hwy 141.
Keep to the left thru Trout Lake to mile marker 25.
Turn right onto the 88 Road.
Follow signs one mile to Elk Meadows Park.
